In the package
If you employ anyone (including yourself as a director) you need a payroll that files Real Time Information with HMRC. We run that payroll for cafés, clinics, contractors and growing SMEs from Nelson and Warrington, then represent you if HMRC asks a question.

Rotas, starters, leavers and a pay date that cannot slip.
Pensions, student loans and the month you hire person six.
No onboarding theatre. We take the file, put a named accountant on it, and the deadlines go in the diary.
Pay dates, pension scheme, benefits and who approves the run.
Hours, bonuses, leavers, a short message before the cut-off is enough.
You get a summary to approve. Then payslips go out and RTI goes in.

In plain English
Every pay run is a Real Time Information submission to HMRC. Your Full Payment Submission goes to HMRC on or before payday, and PAYE, pension and student loan deductions are handled to their own deadlines. We run that calendar for SMEs in Nelson, Warrington and across the UK. You approve a summary, we file the FPS, staff get paid.
Starters, leavers, P60s at year end, statutory payments, and the Construction Industry Scheme if you are in the trades. Hospitality clients need tips and tronc treated under the current rules, not last year’s folklore. If HMRC writes, we answer. You should not be decoding a PAYE letter between lunch and a site visit.

Yes. We request the FPS history, pension details and year-to-date figures so the next P60 is still correct.
We handle CIS deductions and monthly returns for construction clients. It sits alongside PAYE, not instead of it.
